The No. 90 elbow is a malleable cast iron fitting according to EN 10242 with two ¾ inch (26.9 mm) internal threads. It allows the connection of two pipe sections at a right angle and is therefore one of the key components for pipe constructions. It weighs approximately 0.23 kg. Surface: black malleable cast iron, untreated.
In furniture making, the 90° angle is primarily used for stable corner joints – for example, in table frames, rectangular frames, clothes rails, or shelving systems. It ensures precise right-angled transitions and gives industrial-style furniture a clearly structured look.
